  1. Pets can only be accepted on condition they have been fully inoculated within the last 12 months against DISTEMPER, HEPATITIS, LEPTOSPIROSIS, PARVOVIRUS AND KENNEL COUGH. Certificates must be produced each time a dog is boarded. They must also be worm treated. New vaccination courses must have been completed at least 10 days before arrival. In the case of kennel cough vaccine it can be administered up to 3 days before arrival.
  2. All animals must be fit and in sound condition and free from lice when entering the kennels.
  3. In the event that your pet should fall ill during its stay we reserve the right to call a veterinary surgeon or transport it to a veterinary surgery.
  4. We require details of any pre–existing condition and reserve the right to consult a veterinary surgeon should we feel it necessary, the signing of our conditions gives us your consent to do so.
  5. We will provide a range of feed but Pet owners can supply their own food if they want to, no reduction is made to the daily fee.
  6. Pets must have a collar with an identification disc; collars must be secure so they cannot slip loose.
  7. Any additional charges incurred during boarding are to be paid before the dog leaves.
  8. Fees – 50% non–refundable deposit payable on booking, the balance to be paid on arrival.
  9. No refund will be made if collected before the booked departure date.
  10. Beds are not required as we have a choice of beds, for some an extra charge will be made. Though a favourite blanket or bed cover will often make the dog feel more at home.
  11. Whilst on the premises pets must be kept on a lead as we accept no responsibility for loss or injury. We walk all pets in open countryside, please advise if your dog is likely to run away as we will then walk it within our secure area.
  12. Pets can only be accepted or collected within our opening hours unless prior arrangement has been made.
  13. Any owner requiring their dog to share a kennel does so at their own risk, please advise at time of booking that this is acceptable.
  14. Pets will not be accepted into the kennel without a contact name and telephone number.
  15. Customwers may be contacted to remove difficult or dangerous pets from the kennels.
  16. We reserve the right to refuse entry to boarders at our discretion and no monies will be refunded.
